Known for his hands-on leadership style, Romeo thrives in the details and is deeply involved in turning ambitious plans into high-performing assets.

Anmol Sahi is the Managing Director at Amrik, playing a central role in keeping the company’s day-to-day operations running seamlessly. He oversees financial planning and reporting while simultaneously managing a wide range of operational priorities, often juggling multiple workstreams at once. Known for wearing many hats, Anmol thrives in fast-moving environments and is relied on to connect the dots, solve problems in real time, and keep momentum across teams and projects.

Paresh plays a key role in AMRIK’s financial and accounting strategy, bringing strong expertise in construction accounting and financial operations. He oversees the company’s accounting function with precision and consistency, supporting transparency and informed decision-making across the business. Outside of work, Paresh enjoys staying active through pickleball and spending quality time with his family, often unwinding together with a good movie.

Saurav Nepal is the Controller at AMRIK, where he oversees financial closings and ensures the accuracy and integrity of the company’s accounting records. He works closely with builders and internal teams, coordinating across multiple projects to keep timelines, reporting, and financial details aligned. Known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail, Saurav plays a critical role in keeping complex developments moving forward smoothly.

Outside of work, Saurav enjoys watching soccer and following the sport closely.

Wade brings more than 35 years of municipal and land development experience.

He founded Zwicker Development Management Inc. and supports AMRIK’s development projects across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the northern Territories.

He remains active in industry organizations, including the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering and BILD Edmonton Region.

Guri Dhariwal is the Site Operations Coordinator at AMRIK, where he supports day-to-day operations across active projects. He regularly visits developments, works closely with builders and contractors, and helps resolve on-the-ground issues to keep work progressing smoothly. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Guri takes pride in upholding high standards of quality, organization, and safety across every project he supports.

Outside of work, Guri enjoys singing, playing cricket, and staying active through fitness and outdoor activities.
