Through his strategic insights and results-driven focus, Harpreet has positioned AMRIK as a trusted name in real estate, known for its commitment to excellence and value-driven decisions.

A highlight of Harpreet’s career is being honored as a recipient of the prestigious “Top 40 Under 40” award, recognizing not only his remarkable success in real estate but also his widespread philanthropic contributions to various organizations. He is deeply committed to mental health advocacy, using his platform to raise awareness and support initiatives that foster well-being in the community.

Romeo

President

Romeo Deol is the President of AMRIK, bringing over eight years of leadership and expertise to the company.
 
Under his guidance, AMRIK has achieved significant growth and success in the real estate development sector. With a strong vision for the future, Romeo is focused on expanding AMRIK’s presence in Edmonton through strategic land acquisitions, multifamily projects, and commercial developments.

Brenda Gillingham

Vice President of Operations

Brenda Gillingham serves as the Vice President of Operations at AMRIK Developments, bringing nearly 20 years of expertise in real estate, construction, and home building.

With a deep commitment to operational excellence, Brenda oversees the day-to-day functions of AMRIK, ensuring streamlined workflows, organizational efficiency, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Her role involves developing robust training programs, implementing performance strategies, and troubleshooting operational challenges to drive optimal results. Brenda’s experience and leadership continue to be instrumental in fostering a high-performing, growth-oriented environment at AMRIK Developments.

Shafraaz

Vice President of Marketing

Shafraaz Dossa’s role as Vice President, Marketing, specializes in the long-term vision and positioning of AMRIK Developments. He focuses on storytelling, brand experience, and building an emotional connection with our audience and clients.

Shafraaz’s primary responsibility is to generate consistent brand awareness, excitement and education for AMRIK Developments through creative and consistent content production, delivering professional digital assets across our website, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Shafraaz has spent the last 16 years growing his personal brand, increasing his network, working for and growing high-profile companies, becoming an entrepreneur and mastering his creative craft in Marketing, Content Creation and Brand Management. All of which led him to creating his own Media Agency: Curate Collective, in August 2020.

Shafraaz also comes with a wealth of Real Estate knowledge as he has held a Mortgage License since November, 2017.

Anmol

Managing director

Anmol’s passion for the real estate industry comes from a desire to meet new people and foster an environment for learning. With a degree in Accounting and Finance Anmol likes to focus on real estate opportunities that create growth for AMRIK and our investors.

When Anmol is not working he stays active by playing sports and biking, and he keeps up to date on industry development and changes through a focus on media releases.
